StFX Email - Windows Setup - Adding Secondary Account Mailbox Rights in Outlook

 

For this step you will be required to have been granted full mailbox right for the account you are trying to add.

If you do not have full mailbox rights, you can submit a request to itservices@stfx.ca to have these rights granted.

Open Outlook

In Outlook, select File
Select Account Settings
Select Account Settings

 

Select Change

 

Select More Settings...

 

Select Advanced tab
Select Add

 

Enter Username
Select OK

 

Your secondary account should now appear in the left side column.
