Environment: Drupal users and department members in the directories
Purpose: How to use and update department website directories
 
 
Departments have the ability to create a faculty or staff directory webpage to list contact information for all members of the department. The following information can be entered for each person:
 
	- Name
 
	- Title
 
	- Photo
 
	- Telephone Number
 
	- Fax Number
 
	- Building
 
	- Office
 
	- Email Address
 
	- Twitter/Linkedin
 
	- Background
 
	- CV
 
	- Website URL
 
	- Recent Publications
 
Content information can be entered for department members without requiring the user to format the information on the directory webpage.
